How do I book a Yellow Cab?

Do I need a reservation?
If you need a specific pickup time, we recommend a reservation to ensure vehicle availability, but our dispatch center can help you 24-hours a day if you call and need a ride on short notice.
I need a receipt for my ride.
After your ride is completed, a receipt should be sent to the email address associated with your reservation. If you don’t receive a receipt, please call us at (916) 444-2222 and provide your confirmation number to the representative with the day and time of your trip.
Do you provide car seats or booster seats for children?
Due to the variety of needs for passengers of a young age, we do not supply car seats. Passengers are welcome to bring and install their own.
Do you operate on holidays and late at night?
Yellow Cab is at your service 24-hours a day. To ensure the best possible service in early and late hours, we recommend making an advance reservation, but we’re always available to assist on short notice as well.
What is your policy for lost and found items?
Yellow Cab is not responsible for any personal belongings or items left in the vehicles.
If a lost item is found by a driver or Yellow Cab staff member, Yellow Cab will make reasonable efforts to securely store the item. It is the client's responsibility to contact Yellow Cab and arrange for the retrieval of the lost item(s). Any costs associated with the return or shipment of the item(s) shall be the responsibility of the client.
Lost items that remain unclaimed for a period of ninety (90) days from the date they are found will be considered abandoned and may be donated to a charitable organization or otherwise handled at Yellow Cab’s discretion.
Yellow Cab assumes no liability for lost, stolen, damaged, or unclaimed items.
